Medal Success for KSE - 13/04/2008    
Karate-do Shito-kai England squad members attended the English Karate Federation 2008 Snr & Jnr Championships at Ponds Forge - Sheffield. The 2 day event saw the cream of English Karate competing for the coveted title of being a National Champion.

NEW SPORT KARATE SQUAD LAUNCHED - 11/01/2008    
Friday 11th January saw the start of a brand new squad dedicated to kata and kumite competition. Squad members were selected by Sensei Brian Jarvis for having shown great technical potential and flare for this discipline during their weekly classes.

Classes Resume after Floods and Water Shortage - 31/07/2007    
I am pleased to annouce that classes will resume tonight at St. Benedicts following the recent floods and subsequent water shortages.

There also will be classes at GL1 tomorrow and I look forward to seeing you there.

Karate Demonstration: Sat. June 23rd - 08/06/2007    
There will be a demonstration by the SMA Demo Team at the Cheltenham Race Course as part of the celebrations of the Falklands Plus 25 Tattoo.

If you are local why not drop by around 12 noon to see the team perform and again at 2.30pm.
