Our karate classes are friendly and welcoming with many black belts to help children of all ages and adults settle into the world of martial arts and karate. Our Karate clubs offer introductory free trial karate classes to help you and your family decide whether or not karate is for you. Our programmes offer age specific karate classes for Pre-schoolers, children, teens and adults.

You can begin lessons slowly or immerse yourself to gain a quicker proficiency. We have a comprehensive timetable allowing you to choose karate classes that fit around your existing schedule within your preferred areas of Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ross-on-Wye and Tewkesbury. Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children’s development as they learn key skills in co-ordination, balance and social-interaction whilst developing confidence, control and discipline in a safe and structured environment.

Exams are held every 3 months providing achievable goals that will see you or your child’s confidence grow as they are awarded each new belt. Our karate classes provide the opportunity to increase fitness levels, flexibility and focus through a structured syllabus from beginner to black-belt.

We have an excellent reputation for producing black-belt students regardless of age. All of our students sttart with varying degrees of skill and ability, however with our experience and guidance we can help each student to realise and reach their full potential.
